    Salsify published its third annual equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) report, which dives into the company’s goals, strategy, progress, and future commitments.

    In 2023, Salsify invested in employee resource groups (ERGs), introduced inclusive leadership training for senior leadership, and incorporated equitable practices into our functional operations.

    Our report documents our progress on these programs and initiatives, highlighting how each helps Salsify build, maintain, and evolve an environment where all employees can thrive.
