    Salsify Launches New Adobe Commerce Connector to Accelerate D2C Sales

    Salsify just launched our new connector with Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source, which will help brands natively leverage our product information management (PIM) capabilities to capture sales in the growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) market.

    How Does the Adobe Commerce Connector Work?

    The Adobe Commerce Connector was designed and delivered in partnership with an Adobe Platinum Solution Partner: Blue Acorn iCi, an Infosys company.

    The connector allows brands using Salsify’s Product Experience Management (ProductXM) platform to directly send product content to their ecommerce site.

    After the product content has gone live, it’ll automatically synchronize between Salsify ProductXM and your Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source site. 

    What Are the Benefits for Customers?

    Salsify ProductXM and Adobe Commerce customers have a multitude of benefits available to them. 

    No More Data Silos 

    Brands can continue using Salsify ProductXM as their single source of truth for product content while simultaneously preventing duplicative work and data silos. Cross-functional transparency will also improve. 

    Omnichannel Syndication

    Syndication is quick and easy. Brands can transform and syndicate product content, including enhanced content, from Salsify to meet their site-specific requirements for wholesale and direct selling channels, including brand-owned D2C sites built with Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source.

    Faster Time to Market 

    Brands can increase their time to market with efficient management and syndication of their product content, driving better customer experiences on their ecommerce sites built with Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source. 

    They can do so by leveraging: 

    • Their pre-existing product content library in Salsify ProductXM;
    • ProductXM’s intuitive workflows and user interface; and
    • Automatic synchronization of your most up-to-date product content.
