My name is Liam Bucher. I'm the director of performance marketing for our brands team at Kerry Group. We've been a customer of Salsify since 2019.

Salsify's ability to take feedback from customers, it felt very collaborative during our onboarding process. Whenever we have a need or an issue or identify an opportunity, they're very quick to listen, try to work it into a Voice of Customer, and help us find a solution to either solve that gap or collaboratively work together to drive enhancement within the product. I think they're very forward-thinking about where ecommerce and digital shelf is going, and they work to bring in new features, new capabilities to help their customers, and help us succeed where we need to.

Salsify has really allowed us to scale out our ecommerce operations, advancing a lot of our brands and products to Amazon, Shopify, and a number of different digital shelves. And it's really helped us to cut down on the amount of hours and time that it takes to build a product page.

It simplifies our syndication and publication, and it also allows us to address data issues very quickly. The migration to [Salsify] Advance has been really beneficial for us as a team. I didn't feel any pain points during the process. The account team was really great with walking us through that process. Honestly have not experienced a better migration of a SaaS platform. So I trusted the team, and they did deliver on what they said.

The workflow module within Advance is elevated versus the legacy platform. There's a lot of new connections in there that have allowed us to explore, and test, and learn, but we've cut down time on content creation just by working within the platforms.
