The sales operations team at Kids2 was encumbered by a manual, time-consuming process for creating and updating product sell sheets.
As product data changed, like SKU details, ship dates, and features, sales coordinators and marketers were stuck chasing updates, editing PowerPoint files by hand, and risking version control errors.

It’sRapid pulls structured data from Salsify to auto-generate PowerPoint and PDF sell sheets in branded templates, customized per product line, automating document creation.
It’sRapid supports multiple templates for different Kids2 brands, automatically applying the correct format based on metadata from Salsify, ensuring template flexibility.
