    Hello, my name is Frank Rosario, director of content management for Ubique.

    I've been a Salsify partner now since 2017. Our partnership with Salsify has enhanced our ability to control our branded content and increase our speed of delivery across our syndication network.

    At Ubique, we were faced with multiple challenges, including several data sources, multiple systems, different department and data owners — and this allowed us to bring all of that data together in one system.

    At Ubique, we look to leverage technologies like AI to help increase our internal and external capacity. By leveraging technology, we can do more with less.

    We've been testing AI now for about a year and a half, and we've seen great efficiency across our content creation work stream. This includes improved performance for our PDPs [product detail pages] on Amazon. We saw up to 50% to 75% results from A/B testing.

    We also improved our SEO [search engine optimization] performance by leveraging AI and being able to structure data that would fit across multiple retailer platforms.

    We also leveraged AI for video creation, reducing costs, and increasing speed of delivery.

    We were able to leverage AI as part of our content creation workstream to reduce development time and increase our internal capacity.
