    Accelerate Retail Network Expansion

     

    Target Partial Content Refresh

    Enables brands to make smaller product content updates without having to validate that their entire product catalog meets Target’s requirements. 

    Supported Partial Content Attributes:

    • Feature Bullets & Product Description
    • Images

     

    Along with submitting the mandatory attributes:  

    • Product SKU
    • Barcodes (i.e., UPC, GTIN, EAN)
    • Vendor ID or Business Partner ID
    • Vendor email

     

    Enhanced Content for DTC

    Brands can implement Salsify Enhanced Content to their DTC sites to better scale their business, reach more shoppers, and drive higher conversion.

    • Publish the same below-the-fold content for retailers to your DTC, accelerating time to value
    • Use unique content to DTC to provide a differentiated brand experience

    GS1 GDSN Maintenance Release Updates

    Salsify has updated our GDSN data pool attributes to incorporate all of the changes contained in the latest GS1 GDSN maintenance release (3.1.20).

    • GS1 issues quarterly maintenance updates that consist of community-requested changes including: new attributes, adjusted values, and minor error corrections
    • As a fully certified GDSN data pool, Salsify is committed to incorporating all necessary changes into our GDSN product in a complete and timely manner
    • The latest changes from this maintenance release include new attributes for dairy products, nutritional programs, and consumer products - as well as minor changes to several other attributes.


    Automate Business Operations

     

    Enhanced Content Self Service Property Mapping

    Enhanced Content enables brands to publish below-the-fold layouts to their product pages and drive conversion (a 15% increase in conversion, on average)

     

    • Select the retailer(s) you want to publish to and easily map the retailer property to get started
    • No need to request new retailers to be setup by
    • Salsify Support or Customer Success - you can expand your digital footprint with the entire Salsify Enhanced Content retailer network easily on your own

     

     

    Sites & Experiences Pre-Launch

    Salsify Sites & Experiences supports a brand manufacturer’s need to not only develop and author scalable digital experiences, but also deploy those experiences to owned and emerging digital shelves - whether they are managed by Salsify or self-hosted by our customers/partners.

    The first case for Sites will be catalogs where brands can share a set of products and their details with both internal and external audiences, without needing to give them access to a Salsify account.

     

     

    MuleSoft Certified Connector for Salsify

    Now MuleSoft connector allows Salsify customers to use Salsify-built, MuleSoft-certified tooling to integrate with upstream systems via API.  This integration into Salsify is done through reusable and configurable components in MuleSoft, rather than requiring bespoke, fully-coded integrations. 

    • Fast: Build with reusable, configurable components rather than bespoke integrations to provide needed data to business partners in Salsify.
    • Reliable: Use Salsify-built and validated components to integrate with upstream systems like their ERP, DAM, or data warehouse via API.
    • Scalable: Managing a globally distributed ecosystem is hard. Scale easily by extending existing integrations and connectors to onboard new data.

     

     

     

    Bulk Task Worksheet

    When working across a family or an assortment of related products, users need an ability to review, edit and apply shared data across these products. Operating in bulk allows users to work more extensively within Salsify to enrich their content and to speed their ability to enrich + publish products. Enhancements include:

    • REST to GraphQL. 87% faster page response time!

    Amazon FBA Orders

    Brands selling on Amazon Seller Central can now connect with Amazon FBA.

    FBA Orders will flow into Salsify to visualize in the performance report and inform strategic planning.

     

    Walmart Marketplace Item Spec 4.5

    A new target schema for the WMT Marketplace Item Spec 4.5 to upgrade customers from the current Item Spec 3.2 (deprecation date: October 1).

    • Automated product tax code assignment, lifting burden from customers to provide the correct tax codes
    • Optimized attributes for better discoverability in Walmart search
