    I'm Christina Dietrich. I am the product content and conversion manager at Lush Décor. We are an omnichannel home textiles decor company, and we've been using Salsify for about a year and four months.

    Before Salsify, we were pretty overwhelmed.  We were looking absolutely everywhere. There was not one central place for us to find product data, and we didn't know if it was accurate. So, what Salsify did was it really created that structure that we needed, and it created one central hub and source of truth for all of our data. And what that did is helped multiple teams. So, our sales team now uses it to seamlessly automate and create catalogs for their vendors, easily find images. Our assortments team, retail syndication went from a very manual process of uploading templates to now, with the click of a button, having all requirements and data needed.

    And also with the content team, which is my team, we now are able to store and manage all of our content in one place, and where we know it's accurate, and where anyone can access it. So, it's helped multiple teams, and it also is a great record keeping source for our company as well. We are so excited with all of our future plans with Salsify. And as I've said before, Salsify has already made such an impact on our current workflows, and there's always room for growth, right?

    So, right now, we are currently in the process of teaming up with AI tool CommerceIQ, which we have just integrated with Salsify.

    And what they are going to do is provide scrubs of our live PDPs and then compare it to Salsify for one source of truth and let us know when there are any data inaccuracies or errors, errors — which is huge for us because before this was also a manual process.  We would have to manually go listing by listing and check for these issues, and partnering CommerceIQ with Salsify really identifies that gap for us for making sure that we really do have the best-in-class content even when the retailers try to change it. And Salsify has really enabled us to work smarter and not harder.
