    Open rate is a metric that measures the percentage of recipients who open an email as part of an email marketing campaign.

    What Is an Open Rate?

    Ecommerce teams assess an email campaign’s open rate to understand the campaign’s performance and effectiveness in reaching existing subscribers, fostering new customer relationships, and driving call-to-action results.
