DownloadEmail health is a report given to businesses that evaluates the success and optimization of a business’s email campaign via a number of criteria and metrics.
Email health is a measurement of the overall success of a business’s email marketing strategy. While the exact metrics a business uses to evaluate email health will depend on its key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals, an email health report generally includes consumer engagement metrics such as click-through rate, bounce rate, open rate, and more.
These and other metrics show the brand how “healthy” their email campaign or set of campaigns is. In other words, they give the brand insight into how consumers are engaging with the email and other connected links leading to product pages or websites.
mail health reports also tend to give a business insight into the mailing list, as well, including whose email addresses are no longer in service or how many recipients are bouncing without opening. Some customer relationship management (CRM) systems will also provide the business with an overall score indicating their email health.
