    Affiliate Commission Rate

An affiliate commission rate is the amount of money a brand partner receives for every conversion they drive for the brand.

    What Is Affiliate Commission Rate?

In affiliate marketing, a brand partners with another business, a third-party group, a social media influencer, or even a consumer to promote their products and services. The brand partner recommends, promotes, or even sells the product for a price, also known as the affiliate commission rate.

For every product or service sold via the affiliate, the brand gives the partner a payment based on their affiliate commission rate. In this way, partners are incentivized to sell or promote products on the brand's behalf.

Affiliate commission rates can vary greatly depending on the partnership, but they are often lucrative for both entities within the partnership, ultimately driving higher conversion rates.
