Salsify Launches the 2020 Digital Shelf Virtual Summit | Salsify

Written by Salsify | 12:38 PM on March 31, 2020

Now more than ever, digital experiences are not only how people learn, but also how buyers discover, research, and purchase. With this in mind, we're excited to announce a new event, the Digital Shelf Virtual Summit, a content series designed to help digital commerce leaders shift strategies to win on the rapidly changing digital shelf.

This content series, hosted by The Digital Shelf Institute (DSI), will replace Salsify's 2020 live events. It will include a broad range of digital sessions, including interactive webinars, roundtable discussions, podcasts, and other digital content.

2020 Digital Shelf Virtual Summit Sessions

The series was originally planned to be presented in-person at the 2020 Digital Shelf Summit in Boston in May. Given the concern surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic  — and the increasing importance of ecommerce and delivery during this period for brands and retailers — the DSI and Salsify have decided to cancel the in-person event and refocus the agenda into a series of digital experiences.

Our virtual sessions will be open to all and presented free of charge. Add your name to the DSI mailing list to receive content updates and registration information.

Finding a Way Forward

While we’re experiencing a time of considerable uncertainty, what is certain is that the trend towards digital shopping and virtual experiences is only poised to accelerate. Our aim with the Digital Shelf Virtual Summit is to provide valuable and educational content free of charge that will help brand manufacturers win in this new environment.
