The series was originally planned to be presented in-person at the Digital Shelf Summit in Boston in May. Given the concern surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic  — and the increasing importance of ecommerce and delivery during this period for brands and retailers — the DSI and Salsify have decided to cancel the in-person event and refocus the agenda into a series of digital experiences. The series will be open to all and presented free of charge. 

We’ll continue to announce additional sessions, including topics like the latest research on changing consumer behaviors and its implications, the practical path forward to take a leadership position in business-to-business (B2B) ecommerce, and strategies for CMOs to maximize the impact of their Amazon investments on their overall commerce success. These sessions are being supported by the lead sponsors of the series, performance marketing agency Catalyst and Accenture Interactive.

While we’re experiencing a time of great uncertainty, what is certain is that the trend towards digital shopping and virtual experiences is only poised to accelerate.
